Service availability may vary depending on location, site conditions, materials, and scheduling availability. We reserve the right to decline or postpone services when necessary for safety, regulatory compliance, or operational reasons.
3. Estimates & Project Scope
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of consultation or property inspection.
Final pricing may change if actual site conditions differ from those originally disclosed. Any additional work requested outside the original scope of the project must be approved by the client and may result in additional charges.
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in a written agreement before any work begins.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project and property details when scheduling services.
Rescheduling may require advance notice. Deposits, when required, may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the project site
- Disclose any known underground utilities, hazards, or site conditions
- Obtain required HOA approvals or permits if applicable
- Ensure pets and personal belongings are secured during service work
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Lawn Master shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for issues related to pre-existing site conditions, hidden utilities, soil movement, weather delays, or damages caused by third-party contractors.
- Natural variations in landscaping materials such as stone, soil, plants, or finishes are normal and are not considered defects.
7. Warranties
Any workmanship or service warranties will be provided in writing within the project agreement where applicable. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, equipment, or products used during the project.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality. All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or modified without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
