This is a bit of an unconventional review- cold calling is an unfortunate part of my job. I called Lawn Master and spoke to Roy, he was so kind and friendly, it made my morning a lot brighter! I will definitely be saving the number for this company for when I need their services.
Thank you for being so kind!

Roy and the team were wonderful to deal with. We had a car hit our wall and filed the claim through AAA. As a AAA approved contractor, insurance worked close with Roy through every hurdle the city gave us. When we got approved to rebuild, the team was on time, communicated well and the pride in their work was evident. When all was said and done, you cannot tell where the damaged section was unless you look really close and compare the straightness of the lines and realize the new lines are better than the 60yo originals. The project also came right in on the estimate which was appreciated as well.

Thank you again to Roy, Wayne and Martin for their hard work, professionalism and talent when working at our house.

We had a car hit and damage our wall. Lawn Master is a AAA contractor and was recommended and I'm glad they were. The city didn't make the project easy requiring all sorts of hoops to jump through but Roy and his team handled it from needing an engineer, to an epoxy referee and multiple inspections/requirements.

When we got to the work, the team was prompt, took pride in their work and did a great job. Wayne and Martin I'd argue rebuilt the wall with better quality than the original 60yo wall and you'd struggle to find where the work was done now.

The project came in on the estimate, the communication was great and we were treated like friends/family and not just a customer. The work was fantastic and right on schedule. Thank you again Roy, Wayne and Martin for the hard work as we appreciated it.

I was very impressed with the work that the team did in taking out our existing lawn and reseeding, adding new borders etc. Roy was very helpful in listing to what I had in mind and making very helpful suggestions. The team showed up when they said they would, worked hard and did beautiful work. We are very pleased with the results and would hire them again or recommend to friend.

Roy was a wonderful choice for our front yard landscaping renovations. He was very communicative and knowledgeable, with great input on design and plant ideas. He is very honest and upfront with cost and keeps in mind the customer’s budget. His team finished the project in 6 work days, faster than we expected!

We had Lawnmasters redo our sprinkler system, replace numerous sprinkler valves and install a new online sprinkler controller. And it all went seamlessly. Roy and his crew did a great job, on time and on budget. Fast forward several years and we had to get a new computer router. We had no luck getting the online controller back online. One call to Roy and we were back in business. And Roy had stated if his suggestions did not work, he would make time to come and fix it for us. His suggestions worked. Way to go Roy!! Customer service was great. Thanks. Bob Kenney.

Roy and his team were fantastic. My front yard was in need of a refresh and Roy came out to look at my yard. He had suggestions and was very knowledgeable about every plant in my yard. I decided that Roy was the right person for the project. At the end I couldn't be happier. He and his teams work was top notch and my yard looks amazing.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Beyond professional and addressing any issues. They are very scientific in how they approach lawn issues. I HIGHLY recommend this company as your only call for landscaping needs.

Incredibly professional in every aspect. No upsells just the truth on your current situation. My deal was bad grass spots, they helped me figure out how to fix it. I have bigger landscape projects ahead and will absolutely call Roy /Lawn Master. 100

Btw I spoke with 4 other companies, names to be unmentioned. It was all upsell BS. No real customer service. Lawn Master is the only call you should make. Don't waste your time.

Roy was incredibly professional, detailed, and friendly. He and his technician, Ethan, came by to repair a 4-valve system in my backyard and took the time to clearly explain the process and what to expect.

Their communication was clear, empathetic, and very reassuring throughout. I truly appreciated the care and attention they brought to the job.

Highly recommend Roy and his team for anyone looking for honest, skilled, and reliable service!

I had a great experience with Roy and his tech, Ethan! They came out to repair a 4-valve system in my backyard and were incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough.

Roy took the time to explain the entire process and set clear expectations, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers--super easy to talk to and very respectful of my time and space.

If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, kind, and communicates with empathy, Roy's your guy. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience working with Roy and his team at Lawn Master OC! From the beginning, Roy was incredibly communicative and on top of everything—he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He helped us choose a beautiful variety of plants for our backyard (including some amazing cactus!) and gave great input and ideas along the way.

The team was super efficient and got everything installed quickly, including a drip system that’s made watering a breeze. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend Roy for any landscaping project—he really knows his stuff!

Overall, I’d highly recommend Roy and the team at Lawn Master. They did outstanding work for us that we’ll be happy with for years to come.

We hired Roy and his team to do a full landscaping overhaul: installing artificial turf, re-doing front and backyard irrigation lines & valves, removing some decaying trees and installing ~20 new trees/small plants, adding a new concrete retaining wall for our front planter area, installing a new concrete section for our walkway, extending a privacy lattice fence running along the property perimeter, and adding mulch to our front and backyard planter areas.

I appreciated how easy it was to work with Roy. Throughout the project, he gave us thoughtful suggestions to improve the outcome while optimizing value (cost). While focused on the big picture, Roy and his team also paid meticulous attention to the details and called out things we would never have thought of, such as drainage, sloping, and irrigation line spacing, just to name a few. Above all, though, he was always very easy to reach – whether by phone or text – and spent the time to answer any questions we had – even for something as simple as the optimal amount of time to water the plants.

I’d also point out Roy’s extensive horticulture knowledge. When it came time to figure out what new plants to choose, Roy carefully listened to our goals and offered several ideas that would give a stunning contemporary look while meeting our primary objective of having the new trees serve as a hedge/privacy.

Thank you, Roy, and thank you to your team for all your dedication and professionalism in completing a fantastic landscape project for us that exceeded our expectations.

Roy and his team did a great job on our planter construction. I went with Roy because of how knowledgeable he was start to finish, and even though the price was slightly higher than other estimates I got, it was worth it. He constantly communicated throughout the process day or night, cleaned up after the project and provided a high quality of work/professionalism you don't see with most contractors. Highly recommended!
