Crew Leaders – your skills and talents should include:

• A  minimum of three years landscape experience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes for projects and services
• Effective crew leadership by achieving results with your team
• Ability to balance accountability with inspiration to serve each other and our clients
• Willingness to learn (we have experienced coaches) and mentor others
• Commitment to modeling your expectations through daily work ethic and positive feedback for your team
• A valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) and a responsible driving record
• A degree in horticulture is a plus
• Focus on safety and process improvement
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

The ideal candidate will have a background in Horticulture with a 2- or 4- year degree and prior sales experience. ALCA certification is preferred.  Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

The ideal candidate will have a 2- or 4- year degree in Irrigation or related area with professional work application.  In lieu of degree, 3-5 years’ experience in Irrigation Installation will be considered.  Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping and/or construction is helpful.  1 – 3 years of landscape maintenance required.

 A valid Dr. License & CDL (or ability to obtain) is preferred with a pesticide applicators license (3.0) a plus.
